Changes

Many changes happening in my life right now. Good changes. Changes I'm ready for.

I also think it's time to start blogging again, and shake up my blogging structure. I still have my old blog, Duck Soup, which has some pretty funny stuff on it. Seems a shame to ignore so much funniness. So, here's the plan: funny videos, links, etc will now be posted to Duck Soup, and more "reflective" items (whatever that means) will stay here on the Alphabet. Stay tuned for much deliciousness...

My new favorite German

My aunt sent me this video and I actually laughed out loud. Now, if I'm watching a video by myself and actually laugh out loud, then you know it's basically comedy gold.

His name is Flula Borg, and he's a German immigrant living in Los Angeles. He has quite the YouTube channel, with a large selection of videos in which, among other things, he expresses his confusion regarding specific American idioms. As I am an American fascinated with idioms, and claim a significant amount of German heritage, I greatly enjoy said videos. Plus I love his accent, and the fact that he films almost everything in his car.

Star Trek + Monty Python = Happy Me

Few things I love more in life than some crazy William Shatner and the comedy genius that is Monty Python. Imagine my delight when I discovered a video fusing these two so deliciously. Happy day.

Random thoughts about pie

I'd really like to eat some pie right now. I'd especially like to eat said pie if it contained no calories and would make me skinnier. A girl can dream. A girl can.
